Summer Farm Camp – Cedar Hill Farm

2026 Summer Camp – June 8–12 (Week 1) & June 15–19 (Week 2)

We warmly welcome your child to our exciting Summer Farm Camp at Cedar Hill Farm! This hands-on, educational adventure is perfect for kids going into 5K through entering 5th grade (must be potty trained and 4+ if starting 5K in August). With experienced teachers and farm staff leading small groups (approx. 5:1 ratio), campers explore farming, animals, gardening, bees, and more through themed days full of fun, learning, and play. It’s a full or half-day experience that builds memories and curiosity about the farm life just south of Memphis!

Campers are grouped by grade for age-appropriate activities, with plenty of time together for group fun. Early bird discounts, sibling savings, meal options, and flexible drop-off/pick-up make it easy for families. Spots fill quickly—register soon!

2026 Dates & Times

Week 1: June 8–12
Week 2: June 15–19
Full Day: Drop-off 8:00am–8:30am (early 7:30am–8:00am available for $7/day or $30/week + tax); Pick-up 2:30pm–3:00pm (late 3:00pm–3:30pm available for $7/day or $30/week + tax)
Half Day: Drop-off 8:00am–8:30am; Pick-up 11:30am–12:00pm

Pricing & Registration

Full Day: $259 + tax/fees per camper per week | Book both weeks: $420 + tax/fees
Half Day: $169 + tax/fees per camper per week | Book both weeks: $300 + tax/fees
Early Bird Discount: $50 off full day or $30 off half day (if signed up & paid by Feb. 28, 2026)
Sibling Discount: $25 off per sibling (full price only; not combinable with Early Bird)

Meals (optional, additional fee): Breakfast $8/day or $35/week + tax; Lunch/snack included in daily options (daily menu varies: pancakes, waffles, fried chicken tenders, hot dogs, cheeseburgers, corn dog bites, pizza, etc.—gluten-free available on request; report allergies on form).

Daily Themes & Activities

🌱 Monday: Seeds, Plants, & Gardening 101
🫐 Tuesday: Berry Picking & Farming 101
🐄 Wednesday: Farm Animals & Dairy 101
🐝 Thursday: Honey Extraction & Pollination 101 (demo by local beekeeper Charles Force)
🏊 Friday: Field Day & Fire Safety (with Love Fire Dept.—water slide, fire hose; wear water clothes & bring towel)

Age-grouped activities (groups: Yellow 5K, Orange 1st, Green 2nd, Blue 3rd, Purple 4th/5th); rest/cool-off after lunch; alternative plans under barns for bad weather. All together for much of the day!

What to Bring & Policies

Required: Closed-toed shoes (no flip-flops/sandals except Friday); camp t-shirt or same-color shirt daily (provided); refillable water bottle; backpack with change of clothes; hat/sunscreen; towel for Friday; name on all items
Recommended: Boots/raincoat if rainy; report allergies/medical conditions on form

Potty trained required; no severe medical conditions. Keep in assigned age group. Experienced staff supervision.
